At a glance

The Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD) is a recently established fund, launched in 2019, that steers capital towards projects that strengthen the climate resilience of vulnerable populations and ecosystems. The EUR 160 mln fund is managed by a consortium of Dutch development bank FMO, SNV Netherlands Development Organisation, World Widlife Fund for Nature (WWF-NL) and Climate Fund Managers (CFM) and is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
